How We Work

Data, AI, environment and compliance structure

DecisionDNA runs on a closed, controlled analysis environment. We process information securely, locally, and compliantly.

01. Our Process

From engagement to insight in five stages.

01

Intake Briefing

Scope, timeline, data
requirements

02

Secure Upload

Encrypted transfer to
EU-resident storage

03

Analysis

Metabolic engine
processing

04

Report Delivery

Findings, scores,
projections

05

Q&A Session

Structured debrief
on findings

Typical turnaround: 72 to 144 hours from data receipt to report delivery.

02. Data Handling and Ingestion

We work with the exhaust organizations already produce.

Communication Corpus

Memos, strategy docs, board packs, town halls

Execution Cadence

OKRs, planning rhythms, project breakdowns

Operating Structure

Org topology, leadership flow maps

Financial/Public Artifacts

Filings, earnings calls (if applicable)

No invasive system access. No operational disruption. No API integration required.

You retain full data custody. Always.

03. Analysis Environment

All processing runs in a closed analytical stack.

Secure Compute Environment

Isolated data execution workspace

R-based Analysis Engine

Pulse extraction, load simulation, decay modeling

Optional GPU/LLM Sandbox

Only if structural summarisation is required

Air-Gapped Output Controls

Reports exported only at final stage

No external cloud processing unless explicitly agreed.

04. AI Usage Policy

Our AI usage is assistive, not determinative.

We use AI for:

Structural summarisation of long corpora

Pattern highlighting

Metadata tagging and document clustering

Hypothesis checking acceleration

We do not use AI for:

Final metabolic scoring

Outcome probability determination

Archetype classification

Failure window projection

Those remain model-based, not generative.

When we use LLMs for triage, we employ blind scoring by three separate models at temperature zero. Consensus determines inclusion. Disagreement triggers manual review.

AI helps process noise faster. It does not make the decision.

05. Data Privacy, GDPR and EU AI Act Alignment

We operate under European-grade compliance requirements.

GDPR

Data minimisation and right-to-erasure compliant

EU AI Act

No high-risk category usage; explainable decision outputs

Data Residency

EU-based storage infrastructure. Remote access only. No local copies during analysis.

AI Processing

EU-jurisdiction AI endpoints. No US-based cloud services.

No training of AI models on client data. No data reuse. No third-party propagation.

Custom arrangements available for institutional clients requiring dedicated infrastructure.

06. Retention and Deletion Protocol

Standard policy.

Active Analysis Window

30 to 90 days

Archive (Optional)

Encrypted retention for monitoring clients

Complete Deletion

Client-verifiable eradication on request

For Continuous Metabolic Monitoring clients, we maintain rolling snapshots only with explicit consent.

Why This Matters

Partnering with DecisionDNA means you are utilising scientifically engineered intelligence. It is access to a measurement engine designed to handle privileged information.

Confidentiality is not assumed, it was the leading design principle.

Trust is not spoken. It is designed.
